OC-Lite is an ideal partitioning system for automation cells, manufacturing zones and production machinery enclosures. With OC-Lite you can easily build partitions and enclosures to restrict access or block the view. Because of their aluminium structure, partition panels are lightweight and easy to handle.
Since no safety distance is needed, the partition panels’ solid surface allows installation close to robots, machinery and other potentially hazardous equipment. With wire mesh partitions, you must ensure that no-one is able to reach the machinery through the wire mesh; therefore, wire mesh partitions and enclosures take up extra floor space.
OC-Lite partition panels are available in two heights: 315 mm and 615 mm. Panel net heights are 300 mm and 600 mm, respectively. Panel lengths vary between 300 mm and 2000 mm. Panel thickness is 36 mm. You can select the height of the wall in 300 mm increments. The maximum wall height is 3600 mm with standard posts. OC-Lite partitioning system includes steel posts and corner posts for different partition heights. With extension posts, partitions can go up to 6000 mm in height.
OC-Lite partition panels are made of two steel cladding sheets. Finishing options include powder coated, zinc electroplated and plastic coated steel. Our powder coating facility is ready to coat your panels in any colour from the RAL colour chart. Special colours and effect colours are also available.
Partitions can be fitted with steel doors including wicket, sliding and double doors. Doors are selected based on your requirements, and they can also be delivered without door frame head. They can be equipped with safety components of your choice such as safety limit switches and electric locks.
OC-Lite windows are highly modular with a simple anodised aluminium structure. Window dimensions depend on the partition panel dimensions. Window height can be selected in 300-mm increments up to 2100 mm. Window width is between 300 mm and 1500 mm. Windows are available with 4- to 6-mm single glazing or plastic sheet. Glazing options include laminated, tempered and DIN welding glass. Plastic sheet options include clear and coloured polycarbonate or acrylic.
